Book Requests

Follow the link below to obtain a book loan request form. This form should now be printed out and then completed with as many details as possible. Unfortunately we have no provision for online requests so the completed form should be posted to the Healthcare Library.

N.B. If the form is used to request inter-library loans then it is only available for core, partner and external members of the library and there are some charges for the service. The level of charge can be found by following the links below:
