PND training : training in the detection and treatment of postnatal depression
This site provides access to training and information about postnatal depression (PND). The site is run by a team of academics and health professionals who have developed training courses as a result of a research study at the University of Cambridge that investigated the efficacy of different psychological treatments for postnatal depression.


Is motherhood more depressing than ever?
An article on postnatal depression (PND), written by Brid Hehir, a specialist health visitor in London. She discusses the problems associated with postnatal depression, and the confusion that arises from identifying the condition as a mental health problem, which is distinct from the everyday problems associated with new motherhood.


Association for Post-Natal Illness
The Association for Post-Natal Illness (APNI) is a UK based registered charity which was established in 1979. It aims to provide support, increase public awareness, and encourage research into the cause and nature of post-natal illness.
